How does the event limit work?
Events are counted monthly and reset on your billing cycle. If you exceed your plan's limit, ingestion continues but new events are queued until the next cycle or you upgrade.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle.
What counts as a team member?
Anyone with access to your Iris workspace — including viewers, editors, and admins — counts as a team member.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What kind of support do you offer?
Starter includes community support via Discord. Pro includes priority email support with a 24-hour SLA. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager and Slack channel.
